About Vancouver Immersion Program (V.I.P.)
V.I.P. is a small business, owned and operated by Kimberly Spencer.
Previously Kimberly lived in Québec City, Canada for two years. During her time there, she taught English to intermediate and advanced level students. Upon moving back to Vancouver, she decided she wanted to continue teaching, and giving back the welcome feeling and appreciation that was given to her while living in the beautiful city of Québec.
V.I.P is located in the heart of New Westminster B.C. Just a twenty minute, sky train ride to downtown Vancouver. New Westminster is a charming mix of old and new, with a picturesque waterfront and fabulous Victorian architecture - a vibrant and progressive city with a community rich in tradition, and respect for its heritage.
V.I.P. is determined to make the registration process, as easy as possible.
Simply choose your package, fill in the registration form, and the rest is done for you. It’s that easy!
Each package is a two week program which includes:
Airfare, Accommodation at New Westminster's Arundel Mansion, Two Narrated tours, 10 hours of group conversation classes
and 8 hours of private classes.
Students must have an intermediate to advanced level of English.
V.I.P. also welcomes those who would like Classes Only.
Whether you live in the area, or have already made your own travel arrangements, you can choose the number of hours that you would like to attend, for private classes, group classes, or both.
V.I.P. is committed to the individual needs of each student. After registration, an assessment is done. During the private classes, each student will work one on one with the teacher, on a personalized English lesson plan, made personally for them.
Corporate Programs
V.I.P. also caters to businesses and corporations. We will customize a program for your employees and work on the specific needs, to improve the English skills of each employee, for the position they hold in your company. Corporate programs can be anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks. To ensure the best quality of training, smaller groups of 1-6 employees is preferred. We can assist larger groups if needed.
Group Packages
If you have a small group of 3-6 people, who would like to improve their English, while enjoying the beautiful sights of Vancouver, V.I.P. will customize a program for you. This can be a relaxing learning vacation, or an intense immersion course. Group Packages can be anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks. Larger groups are also welcome!
